This is a recipe for a portugesian dish that will blow your mind.
1 kg klippfisk
8 big potatoes
1 red paprika
2 cans of hacked tomatoes, about 800 mg
1 small can (2 table spoons) of tomato paste
1 dl of olive oil
0,5 l of water
Preparations: 30 hours of watering out the klippfisk, water out 3-4 times to get rid of salt. Chop up and cook the potatoes, chop onions and paprika.
Put olive oil on the bottom of a big casserole. Then layer the ingredients, first onions, then potatoes, then paprika, then fish. Put a layer, about a table spoon, of tomato paste on top.
Then do the same thing all over. Onions, potatoes, paprika and fish. Put a new layer of tomato paste on top. Then add lemon pepper and pour the water in. Cook for an hour and you are all done!
