Mango smoothie

I love smoothies and when I was at home celebrating my birthday, I made a mango smoothie for me and mom.

What you need:

1 mango


3 bananas

frozen mangoes

soy milk or almond milk

Blend and enjoy the amazing taste of cold mango!

I am now starting my diet before the gastric sleeve surgery, and that means no fruit for 14 days! So I ate what I could before starting the diet. Here are some of the fruit I bought at Global Food:
