Konaktepe restaurant in Kestel

We spent the day at the market in Kestel, and then headed to Konaktepe restaurant in the mountains. The view was beautiful.

We had turkish breakfast, and at least 18 dishes were served. There were a lot of wasps, the toilets not so nice and it took forever to get the bill, but the food was good.

I will give this restaurant visit a 7 out of 10 on my review.

Back from Turkey, back at Bistro Dolphine`s

So we spent two weeks in Turkey in October, and it was a blast!

We spent the days in the sun, swimming, eating, going to massages, going to the market and visiting our friends.

We celebrated the birthdays of my father, myself, my niece, my nephew and my sister at Bistro Dolphine`s. It was a special night for us, and they even got us a chocolate cake.

The shrimp casserole was our favorite.

Thanks to Bistro Dolphine`s for making this a special night for us! I will give this restaurant visit a 10 out of 10 on my review!

Back at Aisha`s

Aisha`s Restaurant in Kestel has some of the best food we have ever tasted. It is always a pleasure to meet her and her husband Gilad. My mom`s new favorite dish was the meatball casserole.

My dad had chicken curry and my mom and I shared the casserole:

At the beach in Tosmur, meeting Han again

We always enjoy going to the beach in Tosmur. It is a wonderful place to swim, and they have a great beach restaurant with delicious food.

Working again

I have started to work at Fontenehuset, where I do everything from reception work, website editing, Facebook updating, accounting, cleaning, cooking to camera work.

We always get fresh fruit served:

And the lunch is great! I always ask for half a portion, because after my gastric sleeve surgery I can`t handle much food.

Muhtarin Yeri Restaurant on Norway`s National Day!

By the castle in Alanya, there is a lovely restaurant called Muhtarin Yeri, where they serve the best turkish breakfast! I will give this restaurant experience a 9 out of 10 on my review. Delicious food, hardly any time to wait and great service!

We always make it our plan to visit the castle in Alanya on Norway`s National Day (May 17th). It is always so much fun! Sukru the wonderful taxi driver took us to the castle.

Norway`s National Day celebration at Bistro Dolphine`s in Tosmur

We celebrated Norway`s National Day at Bistro Dolphine`s in Tosmur outside Alanya. They had a special celebration night for Norwegian tourists. We so appreciate everything they had put into this for us! First we went to the Norwegian church in Oba so we were filled with the Holy Spirit… We also met our favorite taxi driver Sukru!!

All in all, the perfect night for us! I will give this restaurant experience a 10 out of 10 on my review! We definitely came back many times, and will in the future. If you are in the Tosmur area, please stop by this wonderful restaurant! The best food and best service ever you will find here! Flying to Turkey

My mom, dad and I had a blast in Turkey! Here we are at the airport and on the plane.

“Fourty, fat and finished”

I heard that somebody complained that they were “40, fat and finished!”

I am so glad I had my gastric sleeve done before 40, because now I feel better than ever! My next 40 will be my best 40! Here are some pics from my birthday party!
